The safety and well-being of our clients, patients, and staff are our highest priority. As such, we are closely monitoring the most recent reports from the CDC as well as state and local government agencies relating to COVID-19.
We highly encourage all patient examinations to be either conceriage “curbside”, or Drop-off Apts. When you arrive at the hospital for your appointment time, please call the office from your car to let our staff know that you are here. A staff member will speak with you over the phone to get a complete history. You will then bring your pet to the front double doors where a staff member will bring them in for their exam. Once examined, the doctor will call you to go over any findings and recommendations. After the examination and/or diagnostics are done, a staff member will collect payment over the phone and bring your pet, any medications and receipt back out to you by meeting you at the front doors again.
All medication pick-ups will also be curbside. Please call us when you arrive and we will deliver the ordered items to your car. For a contactless pickup, your medications can be placed in our “paw print mail box” that is located right outside our front doors, which you can then pick up at your convenience. Now is also an ideal time to utilize our online pharmacy for home delivery of medications and prescription diets.
We ask that if you or your family members are sick, to please reschedule your appointment, or ask that someone else bring your pet in.
